Scots Lions FC

Scots Lions FC (Founded as Arncliffe Makedonia)

Scots FC is a proud community football club based at Scarborough Park North in Monterey. The club was originally founded by Macedonian migrants as "Arncliffe Makedonia", making it one of the early Macedonian-rooted football organisations in the St George region.

Over time the club evolved into Scots Lions FC, but its Macedonian heritage remains an important part of its identity, reflected through decades of community involvement, junior development and strong representation across the district.

Today, Scots Lions FC continues to serve as a welcoming and multicultural football club, while preserving the legacy of its Macedonian founders.

For the Australian Macedonian Council NSW, Scots FC represents an important chapter in the history of Macedonian sport and community in Sydney’s south.
