OUR HERITAGE – OUR PRIDE
Macedonians in Australia have built their community with dedication, while never forgetting their roots.
Language, songs, oro, traditions and the Macedonian costume have been passed down from parents to children and from generation to generation.
In this way, festivals like this have a special role in preserving Macedonian identity.
It is a place where every Macedonian can recognise themselves, while younger generations can learn about and take pride in their heritage.
From Macedonia to Australia.
From our ancestors to our children.
From our traditions to future generations.
